Ajay Devgn is returning as Jassi in Son Of Sardaar 2, but this time the action moves from Punjab to Scotland. The makers dropped two new posters of the sequel, which hits theatres on July 25. The film will clash with Param Sundari, starring Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra.

Ajay shared the latest posters on Instagram and wrote, “He survived Punjab… Will he survive Scotland?” While fans cheered for his return, many were emotional and missed late actor Mukul Dev, who played Tony in the first film.

Fans Remember Mukul Dev As Son of Sardaar 2 Posters Drop

Mukul Dev passed away recently due to a heart attack. He played a key role in the 2012 original and will appear briefly in the sequel. His absence has left fans emotional ahead of the film’s release.

Son Of Sardaar 2 will release on the same day as Param Sundari, a romantic drama starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor. The Maddock Films project explores a North-South love story and is directed by Tushar Jalota.

The original Son Of Sardaar released in 2012 and starred Sonakshi Sinha, Ajay Devgn, and Sanjay Dutt. In the sequel, Sanjay Dutt returns as Don.
