Bollywood’s Bhaijaan, Salman Khan, visited Maharashtra minister Ashish Shelar’s home on Monday to seek blessings during Ganpati Darshan. After he attended the event yesterday, the glimpses quickly went viral on social media, with fans sharing videos and pictures of the moment.
Salman Khan Rushes Towards His Car After Ganpati Darshan
In the visuals, Salman was seen barefoot as he stood before the altar, offering prayers to Lord Ganesha with folded hands. He accepted prasad and tika on his forehead and posed for pictures while receiving a photo frame from Ashish Shelar. Dressed in a checkered shirt and blue pants, the actor appeared calm and respectful during the pooja.
Ashish Shelar shared the special moment on his official X account. He wrote in Marathi, “Actor Salman Khan visited our Bandra West Public Ganeshotsav Mandal to seek blessings of Lord Ganesha.”

This visit comes after Salman and his family performed Ganesh Visarjan at home. Sharing a video on Instagram, the actor showed each family member carrying Lord Ganesha before the immersion. He was also seen dancing in one of the clips from visarjan.
Ganesh Chaturthi is a ten-day festival that begins on the fourth day of Bhadrapada in the Hindu lunisolar calendar and concludes on Anantha Chaturdashi. The festival is marked by prayers, music, and traditional rituals, with devotees celebrating Lord Ganesha’s presence in their homes and public spaces.

Talking about his professional front, Salman was last seen in AR Murugadoss’ action drama Sikandar, opposite Rashmika Mandanna. His upcoming release, Battle of Galwan, will feature him as an Indian Army soldier, with the story inspired by the 2020 Galwan Valley clashes. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
