She not only introduces her mother to the other passengers, but she also freely admits that her mother has been a constant source of inspiration for her. She even mentions that she has never seen her mother on board in uniform.

Cabin Crew Member Introduces Beloved Mom to Passengers

IndiGo posted the video to Instagram along with the message, "Happy Mother's Day to the one who's always had my back, on the ground and in the air." The first scene of the viral video features Nabirah Iram Shamsi introducing herself and cheerfully welcome the passengers on an IndiGo flight. She then uses this unique occasion to introduce the passengers to her adored mother, Iram Shamsi, who is also a member of the flight's cabin crew.

Heartwarming Reunion in the Skies

In the video, a delighted Nabirah can be heard stating, It’s my first time to see my mom onboard in uniform and I just can’t can’t explain my happiness…." She highlights how she has seen her mother's six years of committed service as a member of the cabin crew and expresses her tremendous admiration for her. Nabirah's mother kisses her cheeks as she finishes her in-flight announcement. The passengers cheered and applauded for the couple as they were moved by this lovely occasion.
