BJP leaders accused the Opposition parties of moving ahead without a basis for speculating about Dhankhar\’s health issues, as noted by recent hospital stays he posted on social media.

When Dhankhar officially resigned as Vice President on the first day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, the 74-year-old stated that he was doing so on the basis of his doctor\’s advice and relinquishing the second-highest constitutional office to Article 67(a) of the Constitution.
