‘They Straightaway Entered BJP-NDA…,’ MP Sudhanshu Trivedi Slams Congress for Creating Ruckus in Parliament

BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi has criticized Congress for its actions during a recent uproar in Parliament. Addressing the media, Trivedi alleged that Congress disrupted proceedings and indulged in chaotic behavior, continuing its trend of prioritizing disruption over constructive debate.

Accuses Congress of Disruptive Tactics and Political Trickery

“We were protesting at Makar Dwar yesterday, and instead of maintaining decorum, they entered straight into the BJP-NDA MP crowd,” Trivedi said. He pointed out that there were alternative routes Congress could have used to make their way inside, just as BJP members did earlier. “If you see, there is a ramp on both sides for anyone who doesn\’t wish to take the stairs,” he added, implying that the disruption could have been avoided.

BJP MP Trivedi Slams Congress for Creating Ruckus in Parliament

Trivedi highlighted instances of past misconduct in Parliament, accusing Congress of breaking microphones, throwing books, and even dancing on tables during sessions. “Congress has only one principle: to create uproar at every step, not to change the state,” he stated, blaming the party for obstructing meaningful discussions.

The BJP MP also referenced a sensitive remark made by a party member from Nagaland. Trivedi expressed disappointment that Congress responded with “politics of deceit, illusion, and trickery,” instead of offering a thoughtful or emotional reply.

The events in Parliament underscore the ongoing friction between the ruling BJP and opposition Congress, with both parties accusing each other of undermining democratic procedures. While BJP alleges deliberate disruptions by Congress, the opposition has countered with accusations of being sidelined in important discussions.

Trivedi’s remarks reflect the BJP’s frustration with Congress’ tactics, which they perceive as obstructive. The allegations and counter-allegations further signal the deepening divide in parliamentary proceedings, raising concerns over the functioning of the legislative body.
