Ongoing Trials of Vande Bharat Sleeper Train Across Multiple States

Currently, the Vande Bharat Sleeper Train is undergoing trials across several states, including Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh, Mahoba in Uttar Pradesh, and Kota in Rajasthan. These tests are crucial for fine-tuning the train's performance and ensuring passenger safety before it hits the tracks for regular public service.

Passenger Comfort: The Vande Bharat Sleeper Train offers improved air conditioning for a pleasant journey. It includes USB ports for device charging and spacious luggage compartments. 

Safety Features: The train is equipped with fire detection systems, crash-resistant technology, and a Black Box for performance monitoring. A Vigilance Control Device ensures the driver interacts every minute for added safety.

Aerodynamic Design: Its sleek, aerodynamic design reduces air resistance, ensuring a smoother and more stable ride.

Dining Services: Passengers can enjoy fresh meals prepared in fully equipped pantries, with various meal options available during the journey.

Seating and Accommodation: The train has 16 coaches, including AC first-class, two-tier, and three-tier configurations. It can accommodate up to 823 passengers with ergonomic seating, foldable tables, and ample legroom.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Vande Bharat trains have bio-digester tanks, garbage compactors, and serviced toilets with multiple designs. Premium passengers also have access to shower facilities.

Temperature Control: Advanced HVAC systems maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature throughout the train.
