Tamil Nadu Viral Video: A disturbing video from Tamil Nadu has gone viral, capturing a daughter-in-law forcefully entering her in-laws’ home and attacking her mother-in-law. The woman, reportedly upset over a recent marital split, waited until her husband was away to confront his mother.
CCTV footage shows the elderly woman helplessly trying to escape as the physical assault unfolds. The violent outburst, driven by ongoing family tensions, has sparked outrage across social media. Many are now debating the emotional toll of domestic conflicts and the need for stronger intervention in such family disputes.
Family Drama Caught on CCTV Camera
The viral footage, as shared by the Times Now news channel on their Instagram page, shows the family dispute to all. The incident took place in the Tirupathur district near Vaniyambadi in Tamil Nadu.
The attacking bahu is seen to be dragging her mother-in-law from the room by holding her hair. She slaps her, drags her, and constantly abuses her. The poor, aged lady tries to defend herself by grabbing the bahu’s hair in retaliation.
The incident happened when there was no one else in the house. The bahu has recently gotten divorced from her husband, following disagreements. This made her vengeful, leading to her attacking her Sasuma when the husband was not at home.
Incident Sparks Debate on Family Conflicts
People are widely criticising the way the bahu decides to torment the elderly mother-in-law. They say, “Shame on her…Ye to main apne dushmano k saath bhi nahi kar sakti because my sanskars are good“.
Whereas people are also considering that maybe the mother-in-law was actively involved in the separation of the couple. Reflecting on this, they say, “Somehow, this feels like revenge. Mil had definitely hurt her badly and had a significant role in their separation. Tit for tat for a reason“.
But whatever the reason may be, such violent behaviours as shown in the viral video are shameful. Thus, one reflects, “Whatever it is, physical abuse is not a solution on both sides. Elders should be respected at any cost“.
People are also considering the Karma factor. Some are thinking that it is the mother-in-law’s karma, while some are pondering on what will happen when the bahu becomes aged and helpless. Thus, they say “She is ready for her future…” and “You will also get old. You will be beaten by somebody“.
This violent video from Tamil Nadu thus stands as a sharp reminder of how vehement reactions can emerge out of family disputes. Such constant family problems can leave people losing their minds and acting so desperately. Divorce is a sensitive issue, and both parties need to handle it respectfully.
