Turkey – Syria Earthquake: Heartbreaking videos from Turkey’s earthquake are currently inundating social media. Even after one of the world’s deadliest earthquakes has claimed almost 16,000 lives, rescue efforts are still looking for survivors among the rubble. In the midst of all this, a new, heart wrenching viral video has appeared online. A girl in the video who was trapped in earthquake suddenly raised her hand from under a collapsed building and she is saying to her father that she is alive. This is nothing sort of miracle that a 3-year-old is alive even after being stuck under collapsed building. On social networking sites, the video is going viral extensively.

With thousands of people displaced as a result of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck southeast Turkey and northern Syria early on Monday, followed by more earthquakes and several aftershocks, international leaders decided to offer a humanitarian response. According to Aron Lund, a fellow with the New York-based think tank Century International who studies Syria, “the war and the way the aid response is split between rebel areas and Damascus are major problems that make it more difficult to distribute aid in the war-torn country, which has been devastated by 12 years of conflict.”
More Than 15000 people died in Earthquake
One of the deadliest earthquakes on record in Turkey and Syria has taken more than 15,000 lives. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the president of Turkey, has also acknowledged that “there were issues in his government’s initial response to the earthquakes.”
