Viral Video: The 18th running of the renowned Tata Mumbai Marathon, which took place on Sunday, saw a record-breaking turnout. Residents of Mumbai came together to run for a variety of social causes. Both young people and senior citizens participated in the marathon. However, what truly shocked the crowd was the sight of an 80-year-old woman competing in the marathon.

Video went viral

The granddaughter of an 80-year-old woman named Bharti, Dimple Mehta Fernandes, shared a video of herself competing in the marathon on Instagram. The woman can be seen in the video running the marathon while carrying the tricolour while wearing a saree and sneakers. She ran 4.2 kilometres in 51 minutes.
