Viral Video: Sometimes, negligence has a high price. Recently, a number of videos showing two-wheelers colliding with vehicles when the doors of the cars were opened without checking to see if vehicles were approaching from behind have surfaced on social media platforms.
A video that shows a driver acting recklessly has been posted by the Karnataka State Road Safety Authority (KSRSA). The video shows a driver striking an unexpectedly opened automobile door, which led to a terrible accident. The woman who fell onto the road is seen to be run over by another car coming from behind.
"On public roads, be cautious to check your side or rearview mirror for approaching vehicles before opening the door to your automobile to prevent such incidents. Be alert and cautious!" tweets the KSRSA.
Observations of the incident were made on a CCTV video from September 9, 2022.

Internet users have responded angrily to the occurrence. "You are aware of the underlying reason, the issuance of licences without adequate testing. To ensure that they are safe to drive on roads, particularly those with Blore potholes, a fully automated test will be conducted. Each and every requirement that a driver should follow should be tested. Accident rates never stop in India, "online user claimed.
Before opening the door of your car on public roads, make sure to check in the side or rear view mirror for vehicles coming from behind to avoid such accidents. Be mindful and careful!

"The only easy answer is always making it a point to use the hand away from door to open..driver need to use left hand..this way they surely look back & get a view at back before opening door! [sic]," another user commented.
