During a Haldi ceremony at a wedding in Karnataka’s Dharwad district, a Congress worker from Hubli named Shivshankar Hampanna was seen dancing beside a woman and throwing money at her, as captured in a viral video. The video is spreading like wildfire over social media. BJP has also hit out by saying that it shows ‘Culture of Congress.’
Karnataka BJP General Secretary Mahesh Tenginka also spoke on the incident and said, “I will be very clear about this, a girl dances and money is being thrown at her.
