Viral Video: A bunch of bikers was apprehended by Delhi Police for reckless driving. This information was given by an official on Wednesday. According to authorities, early on Wednesday morning, officers from the Sansad Marg and Dutva Path police stations apprehended a gang of bike riders who were operating their vehicles carelessly throughout New Delhi.
Crackdown on Reckless Riders
New Delhi Deputy Commissioner of Police Devesh Kumar Mahala said, “At 3.30 am, the patrolling team saw a group of bike riders driving fast and recklessly. They alerted other employees during night patrolling and 28 two-wheelers were seized and the occupants were arrested.” He told that the police has registered an FIR against him.
Bikers in Custody
According to Delhi Police, 28 bikers from the New Delhi area have been taken into custody after being spotted riding recklessly without helmets. He admitted under questioning that he had come to the location to film a reel. All of the bikes have currently been seized by the police, who have also filed a complaint.
