Viral Video: In a video that has gone popular on social media, a woman bus passenger in Bengaluru is seen ordering the conductor to take off his skull cap and threatening to file a complaint. On a bus operated by the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC), the incident took place. The passenger can be heard repeatedly asking the conductor in the undated video whether it is appropriate for him to wear the green skull helmet with his uniform while performing official business.

She is constantly heard arguing that the conductor should practise his faith at home rather than in public areas because he works for the government. The conductor replied courteously, "I have been wearing them for several years."

However, she persisted in questioning him and threatened to report him to the police. The woman said to the conductor, "You wearing the cap won't make it a law." The law applies to everyone equally, therefore get rid of it immediately, she said. At the conclusion of the video, the conductor can be seen removing the cap. Reacting to the situation, some Twitter users criticised the woman's actions and dubbed her nasty to the conductor.
