The eye-catching creation was discovered at a renowned eatery called Balaji Fast Food, located near Hanuman Temple in Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur. The intriguing pink dosa was captured on video and shared on Instagram by the popular food blog @jaipurfoodblogs, instantly gaining widespread attention.
The preparation of the pink dosa involved the traditional process of spreading the batter, but what made the dosa pink was juice of beetroot. After preparing the batter vegetables, sauces, masalas, and cheese was added. The final creation was served with an array of delectable chutneys and sambhar, tantalizing taste buds with every bite. To add an extra touch of indulgence, the dosa was garnished with a generous sprinkle of cheese on top.
