Viral Video: After having a heart attack, a man in Indore passed away while exercising there. The hotel owner was working out when, all of a sudden, he gasped for air and fell to the ground. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where, upon his arrival, medical staff pronounced him dead.

Raghuvanshu was taken to hospital

Raghuvanshi was taken to a hospital, where a doctor there advised that a medical examination be conducted before working out. "An older person must have a checkup before working out, according to experts. Everyone has started using the gym these days. However, no protein should be consumed without first talking to a doctor, he advised.

"Pradeep Raghuvanshi is an old client of ours who regularly visited the gym. He had a heart attack today, and everything was over in three minutes, according to Raghuvanshi's gym instructor."One must unquestionably assess one's capacity before engaging in any exercise. Despite someone else going to the gym, avoid doing so. Otherwise, accidents might occur," he continued.
