We could see a heart-stopping wait for an impending gas explosion.  The clip starts with a woman running past the door, leaving a kitchen cylinder hose open as its gas starts leaking.

Then, for the next 2 minutes, the gas continues to leak. After which, seeing that the cylinder gets empty, the inmates choose to come close to it. But it is only then that the explosion takes place from behind, leaving them scattered in confusion, running to save their lives. 

They were fortunate enough to escape a sheer tragedy, mainly because the doors and windows of the site were widely open. However, the exact source of the ignition remains unclear to those watching the terrifying video.

People are asking questions in desperation—“Why did the tank in this video explode?” Others wonder, “What causes the trigger? Was it them trying to remove the regulator?” The uncertainty and fear in these questions show just how deeply this incident has unsettled viewers.

Some are predicting that the tragedy might have happened during a cylinder change. Many are blaming negligence, pointing out that keeping the regulator switched on can lead to devastating consequences.

One viewer, after closely zooming into the video, suggested, “The stove's pilot light was on, and when the propane gas reached it, that's what ignited the fire.” Another chilling observation reads, “Leaving the cylinder lying down instead of upright causes a propane leak,” followed by a grim conclusion—“This then resulted in the ignition from a possible source of fire.”

It is also wise to switch off the regulator switch along with the burners when you are not using them. Changing the regulators and cylinder pipes every two years is also advised to avoid gas leakage.
