Viral Video: Horrifying scene from Junagadh, Buffaloes swept away in gushing water, watch

Viral Video: A few days back North India was hit by incessant rains at most places and caused loss of life and property. On the other hand, on Saturday (July 22), the entire city of Junagadh in Gujarat is facing catastrophic floods due to a cloudburst. The water level has risen a lot and buffaloes have been washed away in the gushing water, the video of which is going viral on the internet.

Junagadh received 219 mm of rain in eight hours on Saturday (July 22) and water logging in the city has gone beyond limits. People had to wade through waist-deep water to reach safer places. From the urban areas of Junagadh to the villages are submerged in water. Many videos are going viral on the internet, showing the terrible condition of Junagadh. In one of them gushing water is washing away buffaloes.

Flood like situation in Gujarat and Maharashtra

Several parts of Gujarat and Maharashtra are facing floods due to heavy rains. Red alert has been issued in Junagadh, Jamnagar, Dwarka, Kutch, Surat, Valsad, Navsari and Surat in Gujarat. Whereas a yellow alert has been issued in Surendranagar, Dahod, Rajkot, Batod, and Vadodara. Gadchiroli, Raigad, Nanded, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur and other parts of Maharashtra have been affected by heavy rainfall.
