In the now-viral video, a stork in a marshy pond is seen holding a fish in its mouth. These birds are recognised for having extremely powerful beaks. The minute-long clip demonstrates how the stork threw the fish into the air before swallowing it whole.
Slow-Motion Spectacle
To catch the entire incident, the shot was manipulated in slow motion. After a battle, the fish was able to escape the bird’s beak, but it was soon captured by it again. The fish tries a few times and flips several times before landing in the water.
