Viral Video: Man drinks alcohol in the middle of a busy road for THIS reason; Disrupts traffic for hours

Viral Video: Nowadays, viral videos frequently depict the most bizarre events that occur in our daily lives. Recently, a similar video became viral. In a widely shared video, a man was seen drinking alcohol while sitting in the centre of the street. For a considerable amount of time, the man was seated in a chair, which caused a disruption in the flow of traffic.

Man drinks alcohol in middle of the road

This bizarre incident was observed on Saturday in Gwalior's Daulatganj Bazar near Kotwali police station. According to reports, the man who was standing in the centre of the street had a liquor store set up close by. However, that shop was removed a while ago, which eventually created issues in his livelihood.

For hours, the man sat on the chair in the centre of the road, causing traffic and delaying travellers. A man also brought in someone who was making drinks for him. However, his companion went after some time. The man continued to drink alcohol while dozing off on the chair.

Locals had to call the police

However, locals quickly called up the police. Although, the man was not willing to leave and the cops had to do much effort to remove him from the streets. After receiving assurances from the authorities that his shop would not be taken away, he left the area. Once he had gone, the traffic returned back to its original.

Netizens too responded to the video. Some people sympathised with the man since he was in such a financial issue. The fact that he was consuming beer while standing in the middle of the road was not taken well by others.
