Viral Video: A surprising exchange has caught everyone’s attention online, sparking fresh debate between two powerful voices. In a viral video, actor-turned-politician Mithun Chakraborty responds sharply to a recent statement by Pakistan’s Bilawal Bhutto’s about the Indus Waters Treaty.

The unusual remarks and bold comeback have quickly stirred strong reactions across social media, adding new fuel to the ongoing India-Pakistan political row over water rights and regional tensions.

Viral Video Captures Mithun’s Reply After Bilawal Bhutto’s Remarks

The latest Mithun Chakraborty viral video opens with the actor-politician addressing a crowd of reporters in Kolkata. Priya Singh posted the clip on X, showing his reply to a recent Bilawal Bhutto’s remark. On Tuesday, the actor-turned-Bharatiya Janata Party leader hit out at the former Pakistan foreign minister’s warning to India over changes to the Indus Waters Treaty.

Mithun said, “Agar aisi baatein karte rahenge aur humari khopdi sanak gayi toh phir ek ke baad ek BrahMos chalega.” He then added with sarcasm, “We have also thought of building a dam where 140 crore people will pee. After that, we will open the dam, and a tsunami will occur. I have nothing against the people of Pakistan. I have said all of this to him (Bilawal Bhutto).”

His response came a day after Bilawal’s statement in Sindh, where he framed the diversion of the Indus River as an attack on Pakistan’s history, culture, and civilisation. He alleged Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s water project on the Indus was a threat to Pakistan’s water security and linked it to what he claimed was India’s defeat in a May military clash.

Rising Tensions As Bilawal Bhutto’s Comment Sparks Political Backlash

This is not the first time Bilawal Bhutto’s remark on Indus waters has stirred controversy. In June, he told Pakistan‘s Parliament the country would “go to war” if denied its share of the river. In April, India suspended the 1960 Indus Waters Treaty following the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated the accord would never be restored. The ongoing India-Pakistan political row over water rights has now deepened, with both sides holding firm to their positions.

War Of Words Depicts Deepening Strain In India-Pakistan Relations

The latest exchange between Mithun Chakraborty and Bilawal Bhutto highlights a growing India-Pakistan political row that spans beyond water disputes. The Indus Waters Treaty, once a rare symbol of cooperation, is now at the heart of repeated public statements and strong warnings.

Both nations are using the platform of political speeches to reaffirm their stances. This verbal clash reflects the larger mistrust that continues to define the relationship. The viral video adds another layer to the already tense environment.

The Mithun Chakraborty viral video and Bilawal Bhutto’s remark have become the latest chapter in the India-Pakistan political row, showing no sign of cooling soon.
