Viral Video: After a video of a cow eating medical waste and strolling through the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Rajgarh district hospital went viral, a new video of stray dogs playing around on patients' beds at a health centre in the Jabalpur district has also gone viral.
At the Shahpura Community Health Centre (CHC), two stray dogs can be seen cuddling and sleeping on beds intended for patients. Another video of the same important government healthcare facility illustrates the deplorable sanitation and cleanliness conditions near the operating room (OT), which further explains the situation there.
The cameraman was surprised to see the dogs cuddling up to empty patients' beds and the worsening condition of the facility's cleanliness and sanitation. As per the video, only one nurse who was on duty and no other medical professionals, paramedics, or security guards. After the video went viral, the Jabalpur district administration has now taken notice of the issue.

Jabalpur district chief medical and health officer Dr Sanjay Mishra said, “The Block Medical Officer (BMO) Dr CK Atraulia has been showcaused and asked to reply within 24 hours. Based on his reply, action will ensue. We’ve seven CHCs in Jabalpur district, but the incident has been reported from one of them, which means that the monitoring authority (the BMO) isn’t monitoring the affairs adequately;otherwise such repeated mess wouldn’t have been reported from there."
Continuing further, he said, "There are sufficient staff there, but still if such mess is prevailing then the BMO owes a reply. If the reply is found unsatisfactory, suitable action will be taken.”
