Process of making noodles

Founder of PFC Club Chirag Barjatya posted a video showing how these noodles are made. The workers in the small factory are seen in the video preparing the noodles without using any gloves or masks. When the dough is ready, it is cut into long noodles after being mixed with flour in a machine. These noodles are then thrown on the ground and later steamed.

In the post's caption, Barjatya wrote, "When was the last time you had roadside chinese hakka noodles with schezwan sauce?"On January 18, this video was posted online. It has received 2k likes and been viewed more than a lakh times since being uploaded. It has also prompted many responses from people.
