Viral Video: In Bengaluru, an argument broke out between an Uber driver and a customer over the AC not working properly. The driver, who was speaking to him in Hindi at first, allegedly lost his cool and demanded that he speak Kannada, according to the man who shared the video on X.
Since everyone is forming an opinion let me share the context here- 16sec video is 1st followed by the other video. I denied to sit in his friend’s Indica as it didn’t have AC and was filthy. Then I sat in his car n he talked to me in Hindi only. pic.twitter.com/CeNhOuN5J0

In the opening scene of the video, the man claims that everything went smoothly during the ride until the cab driver became irate and told him there was no air conditioning when he tried to turn it on. The Uber driver informs me in Hindi that there's an issue with the air conditioning. "Sir, if you don't want to take me, you can drop me," the passenger finally says to the driver after he doesn't answer.
"Small thing and you’re getting angry. You’re getting charged up. I didn’t wanted to go in Indica," the man is heard saying in the second video. "Only Kannada," the Uber driver states while conversing in Kannada.
Sharing the video, the man wrote, “Since everyone is forming an opinion let me share the context here- 16sec video is 1st followed by the other video. I denied to sit in his friend’s Indica as it didn’t have AC and was filthy. Then I sat in his car n he talked to me in Hindi only.”
“But d moment I asked him to Turn on the AC he got charged up. Listen to him responding in Hindi AC nahi hai. It’s not abt language here it’s about arrogant n irresponsible person using Kannada language as smokescreen to continue scamming gullible people who travel to BLR for work,” he added. In a another post, the man tagged Uber support and supplied the taxi's number.
