UAE’s Niyadi Demonstrates Unique Honey Ritual in Zero Gravity

Niyadi, one of the first two astronauts from the UAE to travel to space, is now travelling to the International Space Station for a six-month mission. He can be seen during his space journey opening a bottle of honey and using some of it to spread on bread. Because there is no gravity in space, they maintain the bottle straight during this process rather than turning it upside down. Only then does the honey that was trapped inside the container come to the surface and adhere to the bread. They do this multiple times while leaving the bread and the honey clinging to it in the air. But they all continue to float in the air.
