Viral Video: A Shocking Video is going viral from Jodhpur, Rajasthan where a dog can be seen chained to a car and callously dragged around by the driver, who is apparently a Doctor. This inhuman clip has shocked everyone, and netizens can’t get over the video where the dog is been tied and dragged around the city in a very painful manner.

According to reports, the person who did this is Dr Rajneesh Gwala. Meanwhile, the dog's legs have got multiple fractures and got end amount of bruises on its neck after this incident. Meanwhile, the reason the doctor went to this extent was, according to him the dog used to enter his house and bark outside the house, which annoyed him like anything.

Meanwhile, the accused has been identified as Dr. Rajneesh Galwa, who is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at MGH.
And it was only after receiving a complaint from BJP leader and animal rights advocate Maneka Gandhi, that the police registered a case against the driver. While the dog struggled to keep up with the speed, this heinous deed is being massively bashed on social media and the accused is getting a lot of hate red all around.
