Viral Video: A Pakistani journalist's video is becoming quite viral on social media. The journalist objected to the national women's football team players wearing shorts during a tournament. This video is from during the SAIF Women's Championship, which is being played in Kathmandu, Nepal, not Pakistan. People have reprimanded that journalist a lot.

Pakistan women's team defeated Maldives by seven goals in the SAIF Championship match in Kathmandu. After this, the Pakistani journalist did not focus on the game, but questioned the dress and kit. In the post-match press conference that journalist asked the team manager and other officials, 'As you know we belong to Islamic Republic of Pakistan which is an Islamic country, I want to ask why these girls wear shorts. Why not leggings?

Participating in international tournaments after a long gap, Pakistan women's team registered its first win in the championship in eight years. The journalist covering the tournament focused on the players' kit. In such a situation, people strongly reprimanded that journalist. Also praised British-Pakistani footballer Nadia Khan for scoring four out of seven goals in the match.

National team coach Adil Rizki was also completely surprised by this question. In response, he said that everyone should be progressive in sports. He said, 'As far as the dress-kit is concerned, we have never tried to stop anyone, it is something that we do not control.' .

TV presenter and RJ Anushi Ashraf, squash player Noorena Shams and many others came out in support of the players. Everyone reprimanded the journalist for his narrow mindset. Others also criticized the reporter, saying that they should not have covered the event if they had problems seeing players in shorts.
