A worker is seen in the widely shared video emptying a few bags of Maida all-purpose flour into a large dough mixer. The worker adds a fair amount of oil to the machine to prevent the dough from sticking to it. Following preparation, the dough is weighed and divided into small portions, which are then placed inside tin moulds.
After that, a large oven is used to bake these moulds thoroughly. Following baking, a worker is observed setting the finished bread on a sizable mat to cool. After this, another employee feeds the bread into a machine that slices it into common pieces. One worker slices them, and another, not wearing gloves, wraps them in clear packets.
