On July 23, a humpback whale was unexpectedly sighted in the Piscataqua River, which borders New Hampshire and Maine in the US. The whale's sudden appearance was already astonishing, but what happened next was truly extraordinary. The massive whale leaped out of the water and landed directly on a boat carrying two fishermen.

Fishermen Thrown Overboard

The fishermen were thrown into the river when the boat overturned due to the whale's powerful leap. Both fisherman were saved and are said to be in good health thanks to the prompt action of adjacent boaters. The whale continued swimming unharmed despite the startling event.
