Video of HDFC Bank executive berating colleagues over targets goes viral

One such case has come to the fore from HDFC Bank. Pushpal Roy, a senior employee of HDFC Bank, one of the largest banks in the country, has harassed his junior employees a lot.

A video in this regard is also going viral on the internet. It can be seen in this video that senior employees named Pushpal Roy are threatening their colleagues by saying bad things in lieu of not being able to meet the target and talking loudly. Not only this, he is not even allowing his employees to speak and is making them silent by scolding them. After the video went viral, the bank has suspended the senior employee taking action against him. Regarding this incident, the bank says that at the workplace, we work under the policy of zero tolerance regarding misbehavior with anyone. The Bank always treats its employees with respect.

The company suspended

This is the incident of a Kolkata branch of SDFC. In this regard, the branch's service manager Ajay Kumar said that on the basis of preliminary investigation, we have suspended the accused employee. The matter is being thoroughly investigated. This video is during an online meeting in which the accused employee Pushpal Roy is scolding and harassing his employees by abusing them in Bengali language. He tells his employees tell me how many savings and current accounts you have opened in the last two days, you had to open 15 new accounts but you have opened only 5.
