Passengers traveling by air complain that their luggage is not carried properly due to which their luggage gets damaged. You must have heard many such complaints. Recently, APJ is becoming increasingly viral on the micro-blogging platform Twitter, due to which this matter has caught fire.

In the video, IndiGo staff is shown loading the luggage of the passengers with great carelessness. It is shown in the video that two Indigo staff are picking up the luggage from the airport and throwing it on the trailer. He is throwing those boxes casually.

This video goes viral, there was a lot of comments and likes of those people who are suffering in this case. The airline itself had to come forward and give an explanation. The airline said that the boxes kept by the staff belong to the passengers. It is said that the luggage of the passengers is kept very carefully.
However, the passengers are not satisfied with this cleanliness of the airline. Another user also shared another video in which the same was being repeated with the luggage of the passengers. This user told that my luggage was broken, for which complaint was also lodged but no hearing was done.
