Viral photo: Paula Gonu, a well-known Spanish Twitch streamer, recently startled her audience by admitting that she had cooked and eaten a portion of her own knee after having surgery. The Twitch character brought a tiny sample jar of the cartilage home with her, and she subsequently made the decision to prepare it in a delicious spaghetti Bolognese sauce and serve it to her partner.
