Officer Lokapati Swain is seen warning staff members in the viral video for putting their personal obligations ahead of their job duties. He can be heard yelling and insisting that employees put in more time at work—even if it means neglecting their home duties.
Many viewers have expressed strong reactions in response to the video, denouncing Officer Swain's conduct as insensitive and harsh. People are especially outraged over his disregard for the private life and family responsibilities of his employees. Taking to the comment section one user said, "h ho aab zoom call me bhi kalesh shuru ho gaye," another commented, "Bahut khatarnak insaan hai yeh," a third user said, "canarabank this is shameful, kindly share the report of action taken against him."

The bank made it clear that Officer Swain's behaviour did not align with the organization's values and that the situation is being handled appropriately.
