Viral Video: The relationship between HRs and candidates are meant to be formal. Whenever the latter are interviewed by the former, the latter is supposed to answer formally. But some candidates are so undisciplined and stiff that their answers puzzle the HRs. A viral video has surfaced on social media, where an HR interviews a candidate for a job. The HR manager asks him, “Why do you want to work with us”. The candidate answers, “Will you be able to handle all the work on your own”. Next, question that HR hits, “Why do you want to work in our company”. The candidate says, “I do not have my own company that’s why I want to work in your company”.  The HR asks, “There are many companies and each company does not want to hire each candidate.” The candidate says, “Each candidate also does not want to work with you” The HR asks, “Why do you want to do this job”. The candidate says, “For money”. The HR asks, “Leave the matter of money, tell me the reason you want to work”. The candidate says, “Why will I work with you when I am not paid money? Rather, I will work at my home”. On being puzzled, the HR says, “What to ask you now?” The candidate says, “Do not ask me any questions now, why don’t you hire without asking any questions” The candidate asks HR, “How much salary will you pay me” The HR says to pay him 20,000. The candidate says to him, “I cannot cudgel my brain for this salary”. The HR says to him, “I reject you”. The candidate says, “Why do you reject me? I reject you” Having said this, the candidate goes off. Now, the HR curses himself for being paid 15000 rupees as salary and says, “Let my job go to the hell”.
