Viral Video: Dog Refuses to Let Dad Touch his Baby

Viral Video: The bond that exists between canines and humans is unmistakable, there’s a reason dogs are called “man’s best friend.” They’re adaptable creatures that bond with their human counterparts—especially babies.

Canines are smitten with babies and can form strong connections because of the amount of time spent together. Both a baby and a dog, especially a young pup, have a common desire for a playmate and someone who will give them attention.

A video depicting this relationship is going viral. In the video, a man is trying to touch supposedly his baby, while an adorable black dog is sitting next to the baby, standing guard. When the man tries to touch the baby, the dog moves his hand away with his mouth. When the man tries again, the dog uses his front legs to push his hand away again, as a warning. 

The video was posted on Twitter page @Laughs_4_All, and instantly went viral, garnering over 1 million views, and nearly 60K likes.

Netizens reacted in awe of the adorable pair, and the comments section was filled with people applauding the dog for its protective instincts and talking about how lucky the baby is to grow up with a furry friend like this.

One user commented, “Nothing better on this planet than dogs.” 

While another hilariously commented, “What part of no touching don’t you understand 👀 🐕‍🦺”
