Viral Video: Hooliganism has become so prevalent that it is brewing in every government department. The concerned authorities misuse their powers to exploit and harass common people. A viral video has surfaced on social media that focuses a passenger who bought two  water  bottles for which he was overcharged in pantry. When he raised a complaint against the pantry staff, two TTEs and two RPFs assaulted him brutally. One of the netizens has to say, ‘Gundagardi Charam Seema Par Hai Govt. Ke Logo Dwara’.

When he raised his complaint over overcharging of these bottles, he was beaten mercilessly by two TTEs and two RPFs. As a result, he was badly injured, receiving bruises all over his body. His cloth was also torn and he was snatched of his mobile by them.
