A viral video has surfaced on social media, where a boy driving a motorcycle and two pillion riders are seated on it. On seeing them violating the traffic rules, the traffic cop stops them. They wish the traffic cop and cop asks them how they are. The boys say that they are fine. Although the cop is polite, he is firm in regard to his decisive action. He says that he does not know more than this sentence in English and issues them Challan in Hindi.
