The accident took place at the annual two-day fair in Madhonagar village, which features rides, religious ceremonies, and celebrations organized by the Shri Shri Swami Nityananda Seva Samiti. The viral video, shared by a user with the handle “@sarthaktya31022” on X (formerly Twitter), shows the young girl's entire scalp hanging from a bar on the ride, while people nearby rush to her aid. Bleeding profusely, Anuradha is unable to walk and appears to be in critical condition.

As soon as the incident occurred, Anuradha's family immediately took her to a local hospital in Gursahaiganj. However, given the severity of her injuries, she was later transferred to PGI in Lucknow for advanced medical care. While her condition remains critical, her family and community are holding out hope for her recovery.
