Viral Video: Inhuman! Man Brutally Assaults Dog, Bangs Repeatedly on Ground; Netizens Outraged

Viral Video: A shocking video of a heinous incident of animal abuse has surfaced from Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, and it is extremely upsetting. A man is shown brutally beating a stray dog by repeatedly smashing it into the ground in the now-viral footage. The dog is severely hurt and has multiple smashed bones as a result of this inhumane conduct.

While other stray dogs try to step in, the man is shown in the horrifying video holding the dog by its rear leg. The attack doesn't end in spite of the women's cries in the background. According to reports, the dog's serious injuries have left it in a critical condition and close to death.

Police Intervention

The viral video has prompted swift action from the Baghpat police. On their social media handle X, the Baghpat police issued a statement saying, “A case has been registered at Barot police station in connection with the beating of a dog by the accused in the town of Barot in the Barot police station area. Further legal action is being taken.”

Public Outrage

The video has ignited a wave of outrage and disbelief among netizens. One user expressed their frustration, “Oh god! Insaan khada hokar dekh rha hai koi help nhi kar rha,” highlighting the lack of intervention from bystanders. Another user commented, “Kaise log hai yr ye.... Paagal khaane me bhejo aise logo ko toh,” calling for the perpetrator to be sent to a mental institution. Other comments reflected a shared sense of anger and disappointment, with remarks like “Where is humanity” and “Should be given strict punishment, Very low level human behavior.”

This heinous deed has not only drawn attention to the suffering that stray animals endure, but it has also emphasised the need for stronger rules and regulations against animal cruelty. Justice is clearly needed, and many members of the public are demanding that the offender face harsh penalties in order to stop such occurrences from happening in the future.
