According to reports, the incident unfolded on March 6 when an elderly woman visited the pharmacy with an empty medicine packet, seeking a refill of the prescribed medication. Upon her request, the shopkeeper provided her with a new packet of the same medicine. However, the situation took a dramatic turn when the woman's son arrived and accused the shopkeeper of dispensing the wrong medication.

What began as a verbal exchange quickly escalated into a heated argument, with the son summoning additional individuals to confront the shopkeeper. The altercation turned physical, leading to an assault on the shopkeeper, as captured in the viral video. Fortunately, other employees present intervened to diffuse the situation and prevent further violence.
