The dhaba's owner, Channi Singh, has vehemently denied the allegations made in the widely shared film. He declared clearly that neither they prepare nor provide to their customers any food referred to as "diesel paratha." Singh explained that the video mentioned earlier was made for fun by a blogger and should not be taken seriously. He underlined the practical side of things, saying that no one could ever eat a paratha cooked in diesel and that it is not a practical method of cooking food.

Singh said he was surprised by how far the video had gone viral, adding that he had only recently heard about it. He went on to say that the offended blogger has subsequently taken down the video and apologised to the public. Singh claims that the dhaba is dedicated to giving its customers clean food, and it even goes beyond as to offer langar (community kitchen) meals.
Singh gave the audience confidence by restating the dhaba's commitment to utilise only edible oil for cooking. He underlined how crucial it is to uphold hygienic standards and confirmed their commitment to never putting their customers' lives in danger by providing them with contaminated or poor-quality food.
