Viral Video: Public disputes often make headlines, but when they happen on airplanes, they capture even more attention. Recently, a shocking incident on a Mumbai-bound flight has gone viral, reminiscent of the chaotic scenes often seen in the Delhi Metro. In a video that has taken the internet by storm, passengers are seen engaged in a physical fight over a seat issue, raising serious concerns about behavior in such a confined space.
The video, shared on the X account "Ghar Ke Kalesh," shows an argument over a seat quickly turning into a fight. In the clip, 3 to 4 passengers are seen slapping and punching a man, while the air hostess tries to stop them by repeatedly saying "stop." Despite her efforts, the fight continues, and even the crew’s announcements couldn’t control the situation. This has sparked a lot of conversation online, with many people shocked by how such a thing could happen on an airplane.
The viral video has triggered a flood of reactions online. One user commented, “When people get money, they start acting like this.” Another user felt bad for the air hostess and said, “Poor thing, she kept saying stop, but nobody listened to her.” Others expressed disappointment at the behavior of the passengers, saying, “It’s sad to see people behave like this on a plane.” Another added, “You can buy a ticket but not class, and sadly, classless behavior is everywhere.”
This incident has caused even more anger because airlines in India are already facing issues with hoax bomb threats. Airlines like Air India, Indigo, and Vistara have had to deal with these false bomb scares, causing flight delays and huge financial losses. These threats have made flying more stressful for both passengers and airlines.
When fights like this happen onboard, it raises serious questions about how we, as citizens, should behave in public spaces, especially on flights. Airlines are already struggling to ensure safety, and incidents like this make things even harder for them.
