That is why it went viral within seconds when he uploaded a post of him working out before the West Indies series. Players like AB De Villiers also mentioned what a beast Kohli is when it comes to taking workouts seriously.

But that is not all; the video also had a hidden message. This was Kohli's first post since World Test Championship Final 2023, and he looked to be back on the right track. The video showcased Kohli once again back in weight training.
