Have you ever wondered how much time is adequate to do activities like Sitting, Standing and Exercising? Here is how you can stay healthy.

1. Sitting 

Sitting is an activity that we do subconsciously, we eat while sitting, watch TV while sitting and a lot more. You should sit for six hours a day to stay healthy.

2. Standing 

You should stand for five hours and 10 minutes a day to stay healthy. Although it is quite difficult but by trying we can reach a specific health goal.

3. Light Physical Activity

Light to Moderate physical activity means walking less than 100 steps per minute. You should spend 2 hours 10 minutes a day in such activities.

4. Vigorous Physical Activity

Moderate to vigorous physical activities means moving more than 100 steps per minute. You should spend 2 hours and 10 minutes on it.

5. Sleeping

Sleeping is a major part of life, you should sleep properly for your good health. Give eight hours and 20 minutes to sleep and you'll stay healthy both mentally and physically.
