India's ace javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra is all set to bring back the Olympics glory to India. He will be in action today.

On 6th August, Neeraj Chopra stunned every Indian with his gigantic throw of 89.34m and ended up in the top spot combining both groups. Here are his biggest competitors in the tournament.

World Number 1, the Czech Republic's Vadlejch Jakub is the toughest competitor for Neeraj. His personal best is 90.88m which is about 0.9m more than the Indian athlete's PB throw.

Another competition for Neeraj is Germany's Julian Weber, he is world number 3 and his personal best is 89.54m, somewhere around Neeraj.

Julius Yego is a Kenyan athlete and his personal best throw is a massive 92.72m, he gave his season best in the qualification round and threw the javelin 85.97m away.

Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem with whom Neeraj Chopra shares a good bond can also give a tough fight to him. His best throw is 90.18m and he threw his season-best javelin of 86.59m to make a direct entry into the finals.
