Neeraj Chopra is an elite athlete, he does numerous activities to keep his body fit and flexible. His training regime includes Cable Pulls, Heavyweights and strength exercises.

Neeraj Chopra's exercises include Squats, Dumbbell front, side raises, snatch, weighted lunges, time circuits, lying oblique crunches and Swiss ball crunches.

Neeraj Chopra not only involves himself in regular training but has tailor-made exercises as well, including him bending on the back and throwing the ball in the front.

Star javelin thrower is also bettering his hip movement to throw the javelin farther away. He also does an intense training called Tabata which includes 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise and then a 10-15 second break and then repeat.

Diet is as important as training for Athletes. A Javelin thrower needs to maintain 10-10.5 percent body fat and Neeraj Chopra's diet also revolves around that.

Breakfast: Yogurt, Fruits, Oats, 3-4 Egg-whites, 2 bread, coconut watch, dry fruits. Lunch: Curch and Rice, Pulses, Vegetables, grilled chicken, salad. Evening Snacks: Chia seeds, banana, coconut water, dry fruits Dinner: Soup, boiled vegetables, salad, fruits, protein-rich food Night Snacks: Milk and dates/jaggery.

Neeraj Chopra used to be vegetarian but after 2016, he started eating Non-veg too. For the cheat meals Neeraj likes to eat golgappas, roti, kheer etc.
