Priya Nair hails from Mumbai, India.From an early age, she displayed a keen interest in leadership, marketing, and innovation, setting the tone for her future.

She holds a B.Com degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai and pursued MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, one of the country’s premier business schools.

Joining HUL(Hindustan Unilever Limited)

Priya began her journey with HUL in 1995 as a management trainee under the Unilever Future Leaders Program . Her rise has been steady and powerful, backed by strong performance and sharp marketing instincts.

The Climb Up

Over the years, Priya held various leadership roles across home care and personal care segments. She was known for her deep understanding of the Indian consumer market.

Driving Innovation

Appointed as an Executive Director(2014)– Home Care, from 2020-2022 Beauty & Personal Care, she led iconic campaigns like "Dirt is Good" (Surf Excel) and "Glow & Lovely" rebranding — breaking stereotypes and promoting inclusivity.
