What's Sauna?

A Sauna is a small room designed for dry or wet heat sessions. These are usually between the temperature range of 65°C to 90°C. It helps in weight loss.

How does it help?

Being in this compact room increases the body temperature, which results in an increased heart rate and the body flushes out sweat, helping in weight loss.

Is it the Quickest way?

It is a way to lose weight. In an hour session of sauna, one can lose weight between 0.5kg to 1kg, depending on various factors.

Weight Loss can't be Maintained

In the Sauna, one can lose around 0.5 Kg to 1 Kg weight but this is not easy to maintain as it is mainly because of the water loss from the body, once the person gets rehydrated, the weight goes back to normal.

Based on Few Factors

It is not necessary that everyone will lose weight in Sauna, as it depends on factors like the Humidity of the Sauna and Sweat Rate of the person.

The sauna can be a great way of flushing out toxins from your body, as it detoxifies your body.  It helps the muscles to recover from the workout.

This practice is not a substitute for workout or diet, drinking fluids and doing it in a limited amount is necessary as overdoing can result in dehydration and related issues.
