Neeraj Chopra and Kishore Jena made all the Indians proud with their masterclass performance in the Asian Games by grabbing the first and second spot on the podium.

Neeraj's first throw was 82.38m in the Asian games followed by 84.49m and a foul. He then threw a massive 88.88m long javelin and clinched the Gold.

Kishore Jena's campaign started with 81.26m followed by 79.96m and 86.77m throws and then came his heroic throw of 87.54m which took him to the second spot podium finish.

To Qualify for the Paris Olympics finals, one needs to throw either 84m and above or the top 12 best performers will qualify. Kishore Jena is in Group A and Neeraj Chopra is in Group B.

Neeraj Chopra is in the same group as Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem and Germany's Max Dehning whose season-best throw is 90.20m. Kishore Jena's group has WR 1 Jakub Vadlejch, WR 3 Julian Weber and WR 4 Oliver Helander.
