Congress MP Abdul Khaleque claims Messi was born in Assam

In fact Congress MP Abdul Khaliq congratulated Lionel Messi on Argentina winning the FIFA World Cup 2022. Also, in another tweet, he claimed that Messi was born in Assam, India. Making fun of the Congress MP, a user named Ravi Hemraj Sisodia wrote, "Congress MP from Barpeta, Assam 'Abdul Khaleque' says famous footballer Messi was born in Assam. Somebody stop them, where do such intellectuals come from.
