Donald Trump: United States President Donald Trump has remarked that he is totally against the use of nuclear weapons against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Trump argued that the conventional strikes of America had already inflicted the desired heavy damage.
Donald Trump-Entry Of Third US Carrier In Iranian Waters
Interestingly, a third US carrier USS George HW Bush is now near the Iranian waters. It will be joining USS Abraham Lincoln and USS Gerald R Ford.
In a statement on X, the US Central Command commented that Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) sails in the Indian Ocean in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
The arrival of USA’s third carrier is seen as a deliberate move by the Trump administration to strengthen its blockade of the strategic Strait of Hormuz.
Trump has repeatedly remarked that the blockade would help in financially draining Iran and squeeze its already-vanishing economy so it is forced to accept the peace deal.
